How do I receive a quote for a workshop?
We offer workshops to organizations, community groups, schools, and more, which are planned specifically to fit the needs of each request and can affect the cost of the workshops. Please submit the information you know about your potential workshop so our team is able to review and provide you with a quote. You can submit this information via our online Workshop Request Form.
We are able to provide financial assistance to groups who require it, which can be discussed after the Workshop Request Form is submitted.
How many workshops can I request?
We suggest filling out our online form and stating what topics you are interested in and details about your group so our team can reach out to discuss the details with you and offer suggestions based on your needs.
Are workshops online or in person?
Reframing Relations workshops are available online and in person!
What is the Reframing Relations COVID policy?
Reframing Relations books workshops on a case-by-case basis and requires that each workshop request provides the COVID-19 protocols the organization/school is following. We will match you with facilitators who meet your requirements and who are comfortable speaking with your group. Please let us know if you require masks, proof of vaccination for attendees and/or facilitators, etc. when you complete our Workshop Request Form.
In the event that we are unable to match you with facilitators, there is always the option to host the workshop online.
What does a workshop typically look like?
Organization/School organizers complete the Workshop Request Form and a member of the Reframing Relations team will review the request and reach out for further details, provide you with a quote, and to discuss the request. Once the quote and details are confirmed, our team will contact our facilitators who fit your needs and see who is available for the dates you provided in your request. Once facilitators confirm their availability, we will sign a working agreement and the facilitators will begin working on planning your workshop(s).
Facilitators will travel to your location and provide any workshop materials, like paint, brushes, etc. If workshops are online, it is the responsibility of the Organization/School organizers to host the online event and send any links to the facilitators.
Once the workshop is completed, Organization/School organizers are asked to complete a feedback form to ensure that the event went well and to help us improve the program.
The details of my workshop have changed. How do I update my information?
Please reach out to the Reframing Relations Program Manager, Shannon Goodman, to update your workshop details.
